Returns & Exchanges
We guarantee our products 100% and we want you to be happy. Just call our Customer Service Representative @ 888-926-2188 or email us @ sales@safetyMRO.com. We will arrange the returns and credit to the original payment method (minus shipment costs) or provide a store credit for the cost of the item and the sales tax, or exchange for another item, if applicable.
There is no re-stocking fee policy for stock item(s) within 30 days from shipped date*. If you decide a product isn't right for you, then you can contact us to initiate a return, refund, or replacement**. Now that's peace of mind.

All returned items must be in resalable condition.

All stocking items for clothing products, such as Walls, Big Smith, Liberty, Duxbak, FR Industries, 10X, Benchmark can be returned for an One-Time, no restocking fee exchange or refund within 30 days of product delivery date. However, there will be a 25% handling fee for any of the second returned or exchanged items.

All Respirators to be returned must be unopened and it's original packaging. All opened packages are not returnable.
*All sales are final for "Custom Order, Special Order and Clearance & Liquidation Center" product(s) and are not returnable unless the mistake is due to safetyMRO.com's error. There is a 1-time no-restocking fee for Walls, FR-Ind, Benchmark, Liberty, Duxbak, and Big Smith items. Any additional exchanges or returns will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee. Oversized and heavy items are not qualified for free shipping.
